small room inconvenient policy
The location was near Gotanda station I guess that was alright.
The room was very small even after I had braced myself for small rooms. There was barely any room to unpack suitcases.

Acceptable Stay, but Some Issues
small room no shoes policy
The hotel entrance was easy to find, helpful.
The room felt quite small. There was also a policy about not wearing shoes in the room. There was hardly any space inside the doorway to take off shoes, especially with suitcases (I ended up tripping once!).

decent stay but with cleaning issues
the hotel is stylish and modern. the reception area was nice.
the room wasn't cleaned until late one day (i returned at 2:30 pm). when they finally came to clean, i was already in the room. they just left new towels at the door. ultimately, i was disappointed by that.
